The terms defined herein define the services and conditions to which said services are rendered. Share1t.com charges no fee or subscriptions of you, nor do we require any sign up or commitment from you to use our services. By you electing to use this free service, via clicking, uploading, sending, downloading, e-mailing, or any other form, you thereby express your agreement to comply with these Terms of Service. Additionally you agree and acknowledge that share1t.com may at any time for any reason revise or redefine these Terms of Service; your continued use after such a revision will constitute your renewal and acceptance of the Terms of Service at that time.

Description of Services

The service share1t.com provides consists simply of being able to upload files of any format through an HTTP based interface to a temporary storage space on our server. File access is offered through one of several options only available on the page following the upload, the download forms are as follows: a URL, a field to input an e-mail address to receive the URL at, an embeddable HTML link, embeddable BBcode, and or one of several social networking quick links to access or allow others to access your file by download. A file of up to 100MB will be accepted for upload or download. The file you upload may be downloaded up to a reasonable number of times, after which the file may be automatically deleted without notice. The user whom uploads the file may share or distribute the access point for the file at their discretion and the file may be distributed through any single or combination means we offer. After 15 days of consecutive inactivity the file will be automatically deleted from our server rendering the address inoperable.

Content Availability

There is no assurance or warranty expressed or implied to the function, security, quality, consistency, or dependability of share1t.com’s service, systems, or network. After a file has been uploaded to our system it cannot be deleted, edited, removed, disabled, or modified by the user. Without notice, warning, or explanation share1t.com may remove any file at any time from our system or servers.
